Between business and engineering.

I’m Pablo, also known as Beto, a Tech Lead and Senior Engineer based in Asunción. I translate business needs into clear requirements, technical decisions and delivery plans, staying close to both the code and the people building it.

My work spans payments, education, commerce and logistics, with distributed teams across North and Latin America. I hold degrees in Computer Engineering and Business Engineering from Universidad Americana in Paraguay. I take a pragmatic approach: break down the problem, understand its context and build what is needed without unnecessary complexity. This portfolio documents that work and what I’m learning along the way.
